seared squid with salted lemon
steamed asparagus
seasalt and rosemary roasted baby potatos with aioli

to be followed by;
fresh pasta with garlic, chilli, pecorino and fried sage leaf salad of wild greens

seared encrusted carpaccio of beef - rare to med rare
roasted beets, rocket and marjoram oil

to end;
lightly poached fruit with rose - vanilla scented syrup and clotted cream
